Instructions for your First Visit:We kindly request you to come to the Clinic 15 minutes prior to your first, examination appointment time. You will receive a patient history form to fill out at that time. Should you have any doctor's or specialist's reports, xrays or any other examination or test documents related to your present health problem, please bring them along on your first appointment visit. Be prepared that your first appointment with the chiropractor may last 60 to 90 minutes. To be on the safe side, allow two hours or slightly more for this first visit which generally includes receiving instructions and booking further appointments etc. It is best for you to book the whole set of appointments for the planned treatment period at the first visit. This ensures the best scheduling for your treatments as we are often booked well in advance. |  |
